  • Business Information: Company name, tax ID, bank account/merchant account details for payouts, and product listings.
  • Account Information: Username, password, and account settings/preferences.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use vendor information to:

  • Set up and manage your vendor account.
  • Process payments and payouts securely.
  • Communicate about your account, products, or marketplace updates.
  • Monitor compliance with marketplace policies and prevent fraud.
  • Improve our platform and vendor tools.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Information may be shared in the following circumstances:

  • Payment Processors: To securely process payouts to your merchant account.
  • Service Providers: For services like hosting, analytics, customer support, or legal compliance.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our legal rights.
  • Buyers: Limited information necessary to complete a sale (e.g., product delivery, order notifications).

4. Payment and Financial Information

Vendor payout details, including bank accounts or merchant accounts, are securely encrypted. We do not store sensitive payment credentials directly; payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

5. Platform Commission

  • MyKacho.com charges a 15% commission fee on each completed sale made by vendors through our marketplace.
  • This fee is automatically deducted from the vendor’s payout.
  • The commission covers payment processing, platform maintenance, and customer support services.
  • Vendors are responsible for setting product prices accordingly, keeping this commission in mind.

Prohibited Products and Content

“To maintain a safe, respectful, and legally compliant marketplace, vendors on MyKacho.com must adhere to the following rules. Vendors are strictly prohibited from selling or listing products that:

  • Promote hate, violence, or discrimination against any religion, community, ethnicity, or individual.
  • Contain explicit, pornographic, or adult-only material.
  • Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Involve counterfeit, stolen, or illegal.
  • Spread misinformation, scams, or fraudulent schemes.
  • Include content or images that insult or disrespect any religion, cultural group, or sensitive community.
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws.

Vendors are required to review and comply with these rules. Failure to follow these guidelines may lead to suspension, removal of products, or permanent banning from the platform”.

6. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors are solely responsible for listing, pricing, and delivering their digital products.
  • Vendors must ensure that all products comply with copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
  • Vendors agree to provide accurate descriptions, files, and updates to their products.

7. Commissions & Charges

  • MyKacho.com charges a 15% commission on every successful sale.
  • This commission is automatically deducted before vendor payouts.

8. Payments & Stripe Connect

  • All vendor payouts are handled through Stripe Connect (Stripe Express).
  • Vendors must create and link their own Stripe account to receive payments.
  • Payouts are processed automatically by Stripe, based on their standard payout schedule.

9. Stripe Fees & Currency Conversions

  • Vendors are responsible for any Stripe processing fees, including transaction fees and dispute/chargeback fees.
  • For vendors, cross-border and currency conversion fees may apply.
  • These fees are charged directly by Stripe and will be deducted before the payout reaches the vendor.
  • MyKacho.com does not cover or reimburse Stripe fees, currency conversion charges, or international transfer costs.

10. Cross-Border Transfers

  • By joining MyKacho.com, international vendors agree that their payouts will be subject to Stripe’s cross-border and currency exchange rules.
  • Exchange rates and fees are determined solely by Stripe.

11. Refunds & Disputes

  • Vendors are responsible for handling refund requests for their products.
  • MyKacho.com may step in as a mediator if a buyer files a complaint.
  • If a refund is issued, Stripe may charge additional fees, which will be the vendor’s responsibility.

12. Compliance & Termination

  • Vendors must comply with all applicable tax, legal, and financial reporting requirements in their country.
  • MyKacho.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts that violate policies, laws, or customer trust.

By becoming a vendor on MyKacho.com, you acknowledge and agree to the above Vendor Policy, including responsibility for all Stripe fees, conversion costs, and cross-border charges.

13. Cookies and Tracking

We may use cookies and tracking technologies to:

  • Understand vendor usage patterns.
  • Enhance platform functionality and vendor dashboards.
  • Provide analytics and reports for your products’ performance.

14. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption, secure servers, and access restrictions, to protect vendor information. While we strive to protect your data, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

15. Vendor Rights

As a vendor, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct or update your account information.
  • Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal or transactional obligations).
  • Opt-out of marketing communications from our platform.

16. Children’s Privacy
