At MyKacho.com, we strive to provide high-quality digital products that meet your expectations. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. However, we have outlined the conditions under which refunds or returns may be considered.
1. Digital Products
All products on our website are digital downloads, including planners, templates, graphics, artwork, and other digital content.
Important: Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only in the following situations:
- Technical Issues: If the downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or not as described.
- Duplicate Purchase: If a buyer accidentally purchased the same product twice.
- Platform Errors: If a purchase could not be completed due to a technical or platform error.
Note: Refunds will not be issued for:
- Buyer’s change of mind.
- User error or inability to open the file due to incompatible software or device.
- Products intentionally misused or modified beyond recognition.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, product name, and a detailed description of the issue.
- Our support team will review your request and may ask for evidence of the problem (e.g., screenshot of corrupted file).
- If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are responsible for ensuring their digital products are delivered correctly and meet the description provided in the listing.
- If a product is defective or misrepresented, vendors must cooperate with the platform to resolve the issue.
- Refunds or replacements are coordinated through the platform to ensure buyers receive fair resolution.
5. Exchanges
Due to the nature of digital products, exchanges are generally not available. If a buyer receives the wrong file or a corrupted download, a replacement file will be provided instead of a full refund.
